We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. If a piece needs longer, this will be shown on its product page. We’ll email you if we expect a delay.
The delivery estimates below start after dispatch and do not include preparation time.

Standard US orders are sent with Royal Mail and delivered by the local postal service. Express orders are sent by courier.
US customs duties
Estimated customs duties are shown separately and collected at checkout.
We arrange prepaid-duty delivery, so you should not be asked to pay customs duties again when your order arrives. If a carrier requests an additional customs payment, please contact us before paying.
Free delivery covers standard postage only. Customs duties are charged separately.

Customs charges outside the US
Unless checkout expressly states that import charges are included or collected, your destination country may charge import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance fees.
These charges are your responsibility and may need to be paid before delivery.
How free delivery works

UK: free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders £35 or more.

International: free standard delivery on orders £100 or more to eligible destinations.
The threshold is based on your item total after discounts, excluding delivery charges, duties and import taxes.
Free delivery covers standard postage only. Express delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 remain paid options.
All prices above are in GBP. If you shop in another currency, the amount payable is shown at checkout before payment.
Track your order
We’ll email your tracking details when your order is dispatched. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email.
For international postal deliveries, you may also be able to use your tracking number on your local postal service’s website once the parcel reaches your country.
If tracking shows a delivery attempt, check for collection or redelivery instructions from the carrier.
